Purchases unlock digital analytics content immediately after payment is confirmed.

Refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing probpilot@outlook.com with your account email and order reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Exceptions

We may decline or pro-rate refunds where content has been extensively downloaded or where there is evidence of abuse (e.g., redistribution). Access to World Cup 2026 content ends at the close of the tournament (19 July 2026) regardless of purchase date.

How payments are handled

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via that provider.
