1. What this service is

ProbPilot ("the Service") provides AI-driven sports and event data analytics — probability estimates and statistical analysis — for research, informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service does not offer or facilitate betting or wagering, does not place bets on your behalf, and provides no betting advice, stake-sizing, or guaranteed outcomes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service; copy, resell, redistribute, or publish paid content; share your account or access credentials with others; or attempt to bypass access controls or security. Paid content is personalized to your account and may carry identifying watermarks; we monitor for sharing or redistribution and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Paid content and access period

Paid content is delivered digitally and unlocked after payment is confirmed. Access to World Cup 2026 analytics content is valid until the end of the tournament (19 July 2026). Prices are shown at the point of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All content, models, and materials are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited right to view purchased content for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Content is provided "as is" for research and entertainment. Estimates are not guarantees; sporting outcomes are uncertain. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any decisions you make based on the content or for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Japan, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
